CMTHS offers a student-operated restaurant that is open to the public for breakfast and

lunch on selected days (see below). Reservations only, no walk-ins.

Bistro Restaurant Opening Dates

Reservations Required

Breakfast Seating Reservations begin from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM

(Bistro closes at 10:00 AM)

Lunch Seating Reservations begin from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM

(Bistro closes at 2:00 PM)
