Central Montco Technical High School
For the Arts, Sciences, and Technology
The Central Montco Technical High School is a joint venture between the
Colonial, Norristown Area and Upper Merion Area School Districts.
The governing body, or Joint Operating Committee, is comprised of three school board members
from each of the participating school districts.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR JOC MEETING
ONLINE PARTICIPATION
Public participation at this meeting shall be limited to remote connection using a virtual meeting platform to allow for connection by any member of the public and provide a mechanism for participants to indicate that they would like to speak and offer comments during the public comment portion of the meeting.
1. In order to connect to the meeting you must create an account at Zoom.
2. Once you have created an account, you will need to register in advance for this virtual meeting by clicking THIS LINK.
3. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
4. If you wish to make public comment, listen for the part of the agenda entitled Public Comment. At that time you may use the “Raise Hand” option in the Zoom meeting. Your raised hand will be recognized by the floor on a first come, first served basis. Once recognized your microphone will be un-muted. You should then state your name and address, and speak your comment.
