Dear Parent or Guardian:

 

On behalf of the staff and administration of Central Montco Technical High School, we extend our congratulations to you and your son or daughter on his/her anticipated graduation from Central Montco Technical High School.  The graduation ceremony will take place at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. 

 

Graduation is a very special time for students and families.  We strive to preserve the respect and dignity of the graduation ceremony.  Everyone’s cooperation and assistance are needed to help ensure that the graduation ceremony is memorable and enjoyable for all of us.  We ask that you and your son/daughter read and follow the guidelines below.

Class of 2022 Graduation Information for Seniors

 

We have planned this program to give you the proper recognition that seniors have earned.

Please read this information carefully.

 

DATE: Thursday, June 2, 2022

PLACE: Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School’s Gymnasium, 201 E. Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462

 

TIMES:  Seniors are to arrive at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School no later than 6:00 PM; please plan ahead for rush-hour traffic.

  • Doors will be open for Seniors at 5:30 PM

  • Doors will open for Guests no earlier than 6:30 PM

  • The Graduation Ceremony starts promptly at 7:00 PM

 

TICKETS: Tickets are not required.

 

PARKING/BUILDING ENTRANCE:  Please see Plymouth Whitemarsh High School parking and building entrance map.

 

ATTIRE:  The graduation ceremony is a formal atmosphere, and we ask that seniors dress accordingly. Formal attire may include dress pants/shirts, ties, dress blouses, skirts or dresses, and dress shoes. Flip-flops or slides should not be worn. Please contact Ms. Slattery for assistance with formal clothing.

KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM:  Each parent, relative, and friend would like to hear someone’s name called out from the stage.  We ask that everyone is respectful so that all names can be heard.    

 

CELEBRATORY ITEMS:  Large items such as signs and balloons can block the view of other guests. Please leave these items in your vehicle and give them to your graduate after the ceremony.

 

CAPS & GOWNS:  Black caps, gowns, and burgundy and white "2022" tassels are provided by CMTHS to Seniors at no charge and will be distributed to Seniors when they arrive that evening before the ceremony. Seniors may keep these caps and gowns afterwards as a memento of their graduation and time at CMTHS.

 

We look forward to seeing everyone at the CMTHS graduation

and making it a very memorable day for students, parents, and family members.
