Distinguished Alumni Association
Central Montco Technical High School has established a Distinguished Alumni Association to recognize exceptional CMTHS graduates. The Associations goals are:
1. To honor CMTHS students who, having been graduated for at least ten years, and have made significant contributions in the areas of Academics, Arts, Careers, Business, Humanities, or Public Service.
2. To provide positive role models for current CMTHS Students.
Eligibility Requirements (Required for Consideration)
Nominees must meet all eligibility criteria to be reviewed:
● Graduated from Central Montco Technical High School at least 10 years prior to nomination
● Currently working in their field of study or a closely related industry
● Demonstrates professional conduct and ethical behavior aligned with school values
● Shows respect for diverse backgrounds, experiences, and pathways into the workforce
(Nominees who do not meet all eligibility requirements will not be scored.)
Guiding Values for Selection
The Distinguished Alumni Association recognizes that success is not defined by title alone. Distinction includes:
● Advancing equity, access, and inclusion within one’s profession or community
● Supporting students and emerging professionals, especially those from underrepresented or historically marginalized backgrounds
● Using technical education as a tool for opportunity, leadership, and service

The Distinguished Alumni Association is committed to recognizing alumni from all backgrounds, identities, and career pathways. Selection honors not only professional success, but also the ways alumni uplift others, expand access, and positively impact students and communities through their work.

The Board of Directors of the Central Montco Technical High School Distinguished Alumni Association is comprised of staff members, board members and interested community members from the three sending districts, Upper Merion Area, Norristown Area, and Colonial, as well as the Central Montco Technical High School.
